FAQs

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) are question-answer pairs that help your AI provide accurate, consistent responses to common customer inquiries.

Creating FAQs

  1. Navigate to SettingsFAQs in your dashboard
  2. Click Add FAQ or the button
  3. Enter a question that customers commonly ask
  4. Provide a clear, accurate answer
  5. Save the FAQ

Best Practices for FAQs

  • Be specific: Write questions as customers would actually ask them
  • Keep answers concise: Provide clear, direct answers without unnecessary detail
  • Update regularly: Keep FAQs current with your business information and policies
  • Cover common topics: Include questions about hours, pricing, services, location, etc.

Example FAQ

Question: What are your business hours?

Answer: We're open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.

Knowledge URLs

Knowledge URLs allow you to point the AI to web pages, documentation, or other online resources that contain information about your business. The AI can reference this content when answering customer questions.

Adding Knowledge URLs

  1. Navigate to SettingsKnowledge URLs in your dashboard
  2. Click Add URL or the button
  3. Enter the full URL (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com/services)
  4. Optionally add a description or title for the URL
  5. Save the knowledge URL

What URLs to Add

Consider adding URLs to:

  • • Your services page
  • • Pricing information
  • • About page
  • • Product documentation
  • • Help articles or guides
  • • Terms of service or policies

Note: The AI will reference content from these URLs when answering questions. Make sure the URLs are publicly accessible and contain accurate, up-to-date information.
