Business Context Fields
You can configure the following business context information:
Business Description
A detailed description of your business, including what you do, your mission, and what makes you unique.
Example: "We're a full-service HVAC company specializing in residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. We've been serving the greater metro area for over 20 years, providing 24/7 emergency service, routine maintenance, and new installation services."
Services
A list of services you offer. This helps the AI understand what services you provide and can recommend to customers.
- List each service as a separate item
- Be specific about what each service includes
- Examples: "HVAC Installation", "Plumbing Repairs", "Electrical Wiring"
Service Areas
The geographic areas where you provide services. This helps the AI understand where you operate and can inform customers about your coverage area.
- List cities, neighborhoods, or regions you serve
- Examples: "New York", "Brooklyn", "Queens", "Manhattan"
Pricing Information
General pricing information that the AI can reference when customers ask about costs. This helps provide accurate pricing information without needing to transfer to a human.
- Include general pricing ranges or starting prices
- Note if pricing varies based on specific factors
- Mention if you offer free estimates or consultations
Example: "Our service calls start at $75. Installation costs vary based on the system size and complexity, typically ranging from $3,000 to $8,000. We offer free estimates for all new installations."
Additional Business Info

How to Configure Business Context

- Go to your dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Business Context
Step 2: Fill in the Information
Complete each field with relevant information about your business:
- Be thorough but concise - provide enough detail without being overwhelming
- Use clear, professional language
- Update information regularly as your business evolves
Step 3: Save and Test
- Click Save to save your business context
- Test the AI by asking questions about your business
- Verify that the AI uses the context information correctly
