Customize ResponseBud to match your business

Available Settings

Configure these settings in your dashboard under Settings:

Business Information

  • Business Name: The name of your business (used in SMS replies)
  • Phone Number: The number customers will see when they receive SMS (read-only for non-admins)

Communication Style

  • Preferred Tone: Choose between "friendly" or "professional" to match your brand voice

Business Hours

  • Hours of Operation: Set when your business is open (used for context in AI replies)

Twilio Configuration

  • Account SID: Your Twilio Account SID
  • Auth Token: Your Twilio Auth Token (kept secure)
  • Phone Number: Your Twilio phone number for sending SMS

Access Control

Some settings have different access levels:

  • All Users: Can edit business name, tone, and hours
  • Admins Only: Can edit phone number and Twilio credentials
