Get ResponseBud up and running in minutes
Quick Start Guide
Follow these steps to start responding to leads instantly with ResponseBud.
Create Your Account
Sign up for ResponseBud and complete the onboarding process. You'll be asked to provide:
- Your business name
- Phone number for SMS replies
- Preferred communication tone
- Business hours
Set Up Twilio (Optional)
Twilio is optional, but setting up a dedicated Twilio account is recommended, especially if you're getting a new business phone number. This gives you full control over SMS messaging and voice features. If you choose to set up Twilio, you'll need:
- Twilio Account SID
- Twilio Auth Token
- A Twilio phone number
Add Embed Code to Your Website
Copy the embed code from your dashboard and add it to your website's contact form. This will automatically send leads to ResponseBud.

If you've set up a Twilio account, configure webhooks to enable missed call detection and inbound SMS handling. ResponseBud will automatically respond to both.
