Account Settings
Manage your personal account information and preferences:
- Name: Update your display name
- Email: Change your login email address
- Password: Update your account password
Organization Settings
Configure your organization's settings and preferences:
Business Information
- Business name
- Communication tone (friendly/professional)
- Hours of operation
User Management (Admin Only)
Admins can manage users in the Admin Panel:
- Create new users
- Edit user information
- Assign user roles (admin/user)
- Remove users
Access Levels
Regular Users
Can access and edit:
- Business name, tone, and hours
- View leads and conversations
- Access setup and embed code
Admin Users
Have access to everything, plus:
- User management
- Twilio configuration
- Organization management
- Blog management
