Managing your account, users, and organization settings

Account Settings

Manage your personal account information and preferences:

  • Name: Update your display name
  • Email: Change your login email address
  • Password: Update your account password

Organization Settings

Configure your organization's settings and preferences:

Business Information

  • Business name
  • Communication tone (friendly/professional)
  • Hours of operation

User Management (Admin Only)

Admins can manage users in the Admin Panel:

  • Create new users
  • Edit user information
  • Assign user roles (admin/user)
  • Remove users

Access Levels

Regular Users

Can access and edit:

  • Business name, tone, and hours
  • View leads and conversations
  • Access setup and embed code

Admin Users

Have access to everything, plus:

  • User management
  • Twilio configuration
  • Organization management
  • Blog management
